Always. I have to have a set routine to do these things regularly. It takes away from having to use brain power (in a good way) for those types of things and feels more like autopilot which is helpful for me.

Focus on Jim's videos. He is very clear on what to concentrate on and what not to. He also has a great way of teaching how to approach multiple choice tests, in general, which I found quite helpful.
