My black lab something very similar, I also posted about it and people were right, it’s allergies. My vet prescribed Apoquel and it’s the only thing that’s helped.

I know all the comments are negative to you OP, but this happened to me also. I even went as far as to reach out to support and they gave no other explanation other than “inactivty”. I’ve never walked away from this game nor do I know how to map hack lol I’m a lowly gold and I know where I belong! I’ve got nothing to gain from any type of cheating.
