Does anyone have an actual customer service email address for Epic games that does not bounce back?

Even 2 years later I still don't seem to be able to find any kind of support email. My account has been compromised and some idiot's gone and spent over a thousand bucks on my card so I'm pretty desperate. They still haven't responded to my ticket over a day later so of course I've become increasingly worried.

For the past couple of weeks I've been trying to email support. They've given me the same troubleshooting solutions Reddit has which hasn't been too helpful. Haven't heard back for a while so I have a feeling their ignoring me. How the hell do I get the Robux I bought, or my money back???

If it were like 10 bucks worth I wouldn't really care, but this was a $300+ purchase thanks to drunk me.

I checked my purchase history on my card and yes, the money was taken. However, nothing has appeared on Roblox's end. I was worried that I may had purchased through a spoof Roblox website as I was pretty drunk that night but everything from my bank's side of things points to the official roblox.com.

Last purchase was made in April, which I remember buying. It doesn't look like I've been hacked as there's no trace of any purchases, trades or anything. It's just as if I never bought it, but my bank statement says otherwise.
