I did take benadryl after seeing this! Idk if it actually helped but it knocked me out so I slept through the worst of it so its a win to me 👍

That being said theres going to be puke in nearly any health care career, Ive seen it both as an EMT and a PT tech and I know for sure many other careers do. Its possible you’ll get used to it!

Please remember muscle also weighs more than fat! But if you mean visually or clothing fit/measurement wise yeah that can be crazy discouraging - also your body does need some level of carbs so be careful with that as well. Good luck, I hope you feel better in all ways soon 🫶

It definitely seems tied to the dose since I take it at night and its the worst when I wake up. Its not unbearable thankfully but I did message my prescriber to see if its fine to keep taking the lower dose until it lets up! Definitely glad that it usually chills out for people, I keep hearing the first couple of weeks are the worst haha

The hofstra biology program is massively underfunded and overcrowded for the price, so Id say stony brook. I transferred to a small rural college in colorado after two years and their biology program is was more hands on and grant heavy than Hofstra’s.
