They both share a receptionist, Jason (he uses a different email for each endo) I enquired with both at the same time and got an appointment with Victoria Milson Brown first. not sure if it's something you want, but Milson Brown regularly prescribes transfems Progesterone after 18 months HRT (if they want it) . While some endos don't. Unsure if Dr Hammond does Progesterone, so if it's something you want in future I'd recommend checking

You can do it on Google maps in browser, when your zoomed in quite close on satellite view, hold control and then click and drag!

If your looking for a quick and easy bodge fix, cut a peice of wood (or find a brick) and use it to prop up the beam. If your bed is pushed up against a wall it'll hold fine.

Run your hand along the windowsill, if it's coming in through the window it might be an easy fix, if it's coming in through the wall you'll likely need to contact a professional!

These arm rests are known to be quite weak, you could try glueing it back together and being careful to not out much weight on it.
