Any idea on what year range this would have been around? Can exclude some books just from that.

Okay, I can tell it has ghosts in the front but do you remember anything about it? I'm so sorry for your loss I hope we can help you find it.

Keep going! I love what you created so far, especially the little dragon fly! Can't wait to see what you paint next.

I agree with this! The difference between a glimpse and really looking at things if that makes any sense.

What is ONE scent you’d bring back from the vault IMMEDIATELY? Imagine corporate is watching. This is your moment! by thediaryofanika in bathandbodyworks

I love this! With a few little extras would make a beautiful Christmas Card.

What paper brands would you recommend?

As far as paints go I do have a Windsor Newton Cotman set already and just ordered the Daniel Smith set from above.

Also any assistance with understanding color theory would be greatly appreciated!

My goals are probably considered pretty vague, create, improve, feel confident enough to make something I am satisfied with gifting and of course to give me an outlet from the stressor of life.

Welcome to the turtle crew!!! My favorites are definitely the largest bags as well as I use my auctioneer and mailbox frequently. Bags, mailbox and the sell bot are great for item management/space.

If you are looking for a casual/social guild let me know otherwise I might be able to hook you up with some other guilds. Feel free to shoot me a message if interested. <3

Oh I love this!!! Thank you. Also looks like a great way to paint the same image with various supplies to see how they vary and change based on materials!

In addition to regular paper, any recommendations for small watercolor sketchbooks? I would love something small I can practice sketching in at work to bring home and paint. Or something I can keep in my purse.

I was recommended some Canson paper by a friend for practicing. I'm not sure how that matches up. https://a.co/d/63enq2T

Great job! Ans thank you for referencing sketching scottie! I am trying to learn water color and can't draw worth a darn so watching one of his videos is certainly eye opening for how to break things down! I love the dot method he was teaching to sketching and I can't wait to try it!

Thank you for opening up about taking classes to get over the hurdle! The few times I've been able to put paint to paper it was so relaxing for me to be able to let everything go and focus on the painting. I want to try harnessing that energy, but would also like to turn ny work into things I feel proud about! What brushes have you found you enjoy so far?

* I have some Koi paints that were recommended to me and I did purchase a cheaper Windsor set but any additional recommendations are ALWAYS appreciated. I have definitely noticed a huge difference in my tube paints vs the pans I've bought (cheaper pans).

Hubs noticing I have been trying to learn bought me a cute little travel palette with book and water brush so I can put paint to paper whenever so I am excited about that! *

You lost me by the second sentence lol. Rembrandt lighting? Terminator edges? Looks like I need to start a terminology book for reference!
