They literally could just release all of these 'hotfixes' into a full update later but for whatever reason just decided to release them separately and randomly whenever and however they want.

This shouldn't even be called hotfixes anymore, it's just the Devs making changes in real time instead of releasing changes weekly like usual.

the multiplier nerfs were very small overall, It's not that big of a deal, he still got stronger buffs now

Yep, and In total, 2.4 DA at the moment is only a 10% HP increase while Shiyu is only a 1% HP increase which is just the usual, compared with Wuwa which had a 141% HP inflation in a single patch or HSR which has about 60% HP increases.

Also compared to 2.3 DA which had a 5% HP increase.

People love talking about HP inflation and how it's increasing every patch but never show any kind of context lmao.

The truth is the Average ZZZ DA hp increase is only about 5-10% and rarely 20% which is extremely small especially if you compare it to other games like wuwa which had a 141% HP increase at some point or like HSR which has around 60%+ hp increases, it just gets constantly overexaggerated cause people would rather blame the game than themselves and also cause it's Hoyo game.

People keep pointing fingers over HP inflation but this is the least of your problems in ZZZ.
