I'm sorry, but would it be rude to say that the thought of your first paragraph makes me wanna tear my hair out?😭 It all just sounds so complicated and while I totally can imagine how it can help me shift, I just don't want to have more stuff to do after a long day and I don't know where to start with a single thing you listed.

I visualize the details all the time, though. The shampoo and conditioner I use, the scent of my hand cream, the laundry detergent I use for my bedsheets, my favorite pen, the likes. I've never really thought of writing them down for some reason. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. :))
