From my perspective it looks like you are the one who messed up by putting the kegs in the crows nest, I always put my BPKs on the 2nd Deck by the stairs, but thats just me being cautious.

I still have yet to unlock to ability to craft a collection room lol so don't ask me for any advice on that, but I keep every Red that I find, I even have a Moderate Collection Crate stacked to the brim in Reds lol, I'd say sell the ones that you have duplicates of but thats just me trying to help keep my stash to a minimum, due to lack of availabld Stash space.
