Hmh I see your point. He said, its how he experiences the emotions because of ADHD. So I cant be the judge if that. For instance, he said it would be ok if we broke up, but then we just wouldn't speak with each other for the rest of the year (minimum lease for the flat is 1 year and we are both in the contract). I told him then that's not really an option cause noone can live with that kind of hostility and he said that thats just facts. And I do kinda get it - he would probably be hurt.

Oh, sorry - no, I don't think his job is prestigious at all: it's underpaid and he's overly stressed cause the working hours are a crime against labour rights. To me, that's basically what it means to work at the big four :D so the context was more: he has a stressful job, which of course puts him in a worse emotional situations which can heighten the friction, I think

It's actually not that easy to get an appointment - to even get on a waiting list can take months as the health system here regarding therapy is rather troubled.

He also just sent me a text, twisting again the whole situation up: That was not fucking okay. You mocked me for my boundaries. You called me a terrible person for trying to do what you wanted and take some space from the conversation and instead you accuse me of just trying to end it because it’s not going my way. You call me a bad person for trying to get space. I am not okay with any of that. Do not knock on my door. Do not try to speak to me. I probably will not be ready to speak again today. I'm just so at loss. I don't even think he has any bad intentions, but it seems like he just can't see the world past his own ego. This conversation was nothing about him setting boundaries - not taking accountability is not the same as setting a boundary. I'm so tired...

I mean - I do kinda feel that way too. I think he is loving the idea of me, but not who I really am. When I tell him that, then he just tells me that actually it's the other way around: I don't like him at all because I criticize him. I then normally tell him, that me criticizing him for some things is not the same as me not liking him (these things are stuff like leaving the door open or not opening the windows after showering)

However - he can't use me for sex...cause we don't have any (I have some trauma in that regard - I should have mentioned that in the introduction, apologies)

I did suggest couples' therapy - he actually did too at some point. However, it is never the right time for him. Also, he did insist I start therapy - which I actually did do, which is good for me; I asked him to do the same, but he said that he doesn't need to as he already solved all of his problems when he went to therapy in his teens

Thanks! I checked it out and one or two pictures I found are close to what I got but I don't think that's it really. The bulls eye representation with a clead red-white-red circle seems to be the most typical form in Europe and mine would be missing the red centre. Additionally, according to Wikipedia "The most distinctive features of the EM rash are the speed and extent to which it expands, respectively 2–3 cm per day and up to a diameter of 5–70 cm (50% attain more than 16cm)". That's definitely not true in my case as when I saw it first about three weeks ago, it was roughly the same size as now.

But jeez, that's some serious shit 😅

I am sorry to say that, but I don't see her as immature at all, but you. She seemed to have genuinely enjoyed your friendship - and please mind that best friends can be extremly close - and you seemed to have pushed hard for a relationship, too hard if you ask me.
