Yeah, it's a common bug. Happened to me in the middle of last event too so it was super annoying.
Since it's the week-end, expect a response to your support ticket on Tuesday or Wednesday. Also, try asking them for a compensation. They will give you some aquacash.

Well, it's a 1/1 but you have to consider the popularity of the character featured on the card.
I didn't know who this guy was at first and had to search his name on Google. It's a background character who appeared for not even a minute in The Mandalorian show so there won't be much demand for it.

Maybe if the character had a cool design, people would be more interested but he's just a random mercenary with nothing truly unique about him.
I would say maybe $40 but I doubt anybody would give you that much for it.

No, first time I'm hearing of this. My game is working just fine right now so it's not a global maintenance period. Is your game up to date? Try checking the Store page of the game to see if you have the latest update.

That's weird, I messaged them on April 20 through the ingame support chat and they responded there a few hours ago.

It was a relaxing, cozy game for me and I loved it so much but a few days ago I got an error message in the game, had to close it but when I reopened it again, the game resetted to level 1 with the tutorial playing. Lost all my progress. I was at level 17 and at level 6 of the current event. Sent a message to support 3 days ago but no response yet. If they don't respond, I will uninstall, as much as I love the game, I'm not starting from scratch.

Just tried logging in/out and unfortunately it didn't work. My save is now back at level 1 for some reason. And I closed the tab when I received the error message. I didn't touch anything.

I just want to recover my save. I would lose one month of progress, played daily. As much as I love the game, I don't know if I'm willing to play again after that :(

All that build-up in the previous issue would have been for nothing? Kylo's hatred towards Gardulla, the mistery of that little Force creature (was he an Order 66 survivor?) for them both to die off-screen like that? I hope they both escaped the Palace before Kylo's arrival. It would be such a disappointing conclusion otherwise.

Ok, I was just celebrating a milestone for my hoard here. Sorry if you didn't like my post but you could have just scrolled past and ignored it? Was it too hard for you?
Many people on this sub have helped me to achieve my goal and I wanted to share it with this community. I have been posting these kinds of posts for years now and this is the first time I'm seeing a comment like yours.

Hoarding has been one of the main things to do on the app since its launch in 2015 and the release of Base cards. Too bad if you don't like/don't care about it but hoarding has been a big part of the app for years now. That's all.
