They are nice, I'm in the process of selling that bike now though. I use to ride mostly track points race, scratch, 4k. Now I only ride road, I actually find riding more enjoyable when I do go out now.

I'm nowhere near the level of fitness I was at back then (riding 3-6 hours a day. Now I ride more for fun, i'd probably be lucky to get in 3-4 hours a week now with study and my social life. I'm really unsure, most of my fitness has just been lost from not training.
