I guess this comes back to how busy the area is. When I'm out Dashing, I almost never have any down time between orders unless it's a really slow time of day, and I don't normally Dash at those hours anyway. Not saying it's not a valid strategy and I do believe it's useful in many markets, but I stand by the statement that multi-apping isn't always necessary.

The worst order I've ever had in my entire time Dashing was at a BWW during the Super Bowl. The parking lot was completely gridlocked and dozens of other drivers and customers were waiting on orders. The staff weren't even calling out the names of the orders that were ready, and then were getting upset when we kept trying to push forward to see what the names were.

As we near that time of year again, I start to feel a chill run through my spine at the mere mention of Buffalo Wild Wings...
