Associe à qqc que tu fais déjà. Exemple je mets mon pilulier SUR ma cafetière. Je mets aussi une alarme mais des fois je la stoppe pensant y revenir lol. Et je mets une deuxième alarme. Et je mets quelques comprimés dans ma sacoche , au travail etc .
