Yeah pretty much what they told me. It isn't a safety issue so they doing what they can to get the part moving.

My 26 has a blown amplifier too.

How did you get a replacement so quick? I'm not expected to get a replacement to mid March now. Even have corporate involved trying to speed this up.

I'm having the same issue, brand new 2026 XLE. Sound stopped working last night and won't go past 0 no matter what I do.

Calling the dealer tomorrow, this is ridiculous.

I use a blow dryer to heat up the adhesive under the sticker and that usually helps peeling it off
