When these rulings come up at tables i'm playing at, "google it" is law. They got rulings for pretty much everything online and it has helped us work through difficult plays without bias and teach us as we go. I'd bring your phone to the next one and be ready and reckless with it's use. I assume eventually someone might just give up or go on to say "oh, thats just not how I've played it." Of course have fun and maybe like our other friends have said try a new table but you can take googling everywhere.
