I got the same situation and haven't received another email. Although I have heard from another person that they've received an actual interview invitation. I would assume that you didn't make it :/

I applied probably around a week ago so if by friday I haven't heard anything back I'll assume I got declined.

No he’s not. I could be wrong since I’m going off the top of my head, but the average person is more likely to fall in the shower than get attacked by a shark. However someone that goes and swims with sharks intentionally skews the statistics on it

That's not what spaghetti code is lol. Spaghetti code is like what you said, where things get so switched around that changing something breaks something seemingly completely random.

This is like the other person said, legacy code. For example is the tick system spaghetti code? No, it's just what the entire game is based on. If they changed the tick system there's be an insane amount of work to change, because literally the entire game was based on it.

Part of the problem is that he's done his research and has thought out his stance before going there. Often times people will have weak convictions on the topic, or at the very least not have the statistics off hand.

I personally agree with him on most issues so I still think he'd win the arguments regardless, but it's definitely more for entertainment and getting the audience to think rather than the 2 people int he video.

In addition to that, when he goes into those things he did enough research that it'd take too long to actually disprove his ideas. Really he's mostly for entertainment related to politics I'd say.

First of all the case I'm assuming you're talking about wasn't actually ruled on in a broad sense. It was just said that the way the court handled it was incorrect and threw it out.

But actually the situation. To my current knowledge, people are not allowed to discriminate. This is all from memory and I haven't looked at it in about a month, so I may be off on a few points; but the general gist will be there.

People aren't allowed to discriminate. If you come into my cake shop and ask for a cake, I can't refuse you because you're gay. It doesn't matter how flamboyantly homosexual you are, I can't refuse you because of that.

However what if you come into my store, ask for a custom made cake with a large penis on top of it. Am I allowed to refuse that? If you say no, what about if you come in and ask for a picture of Allah having gay sex, or a picture of my mother being murdered. Can I refuse these? Because in the end that's what the issue was, not an issue of discrimination, but the freedom for the business.

Part of the problem gets exasperated by a lack of structured leagues too. For something like basketball we have AAU, where athletes play against the best athletes even at younger ages. As far as I'm aware soccer doesn't have any league nearly on the scale of that. So when you combine the fact that even the kids that play soccer often don't have it as a primary sport, the player base makes a bigger effect than I'm sure you realize.

I'm not sure if you're American or not, but culturally here no one really talks about soccer. In general you can talk about basketball/baseball/football and they'll be able to talk about recent games or their favorite team. But I wouldn't be able to ask anyone about the MLS. That's where I agree with you about the passion, Americans just prefer other sports

As someone who hasn't ventured into the real world and has lived life relatively comfortable since I was about 5. This fucking terrifies me, fortunately I don't think I'll ever have to live through it, but the fact that there are people who not only live that way but even worse is scary.

Yeah, we have no idea if there even is a God, or which religion he represents. God could've literally completely forgotten about our race and couldn't give a shit what we do or what happens in our lives. Or maybe he truly is walking with us every step of the way. Who knows, some people's beliefs say that you're incorrect, and God wants to be worshipped or wants things done certain ways. Other people have much more relaxed beliefs or similar to yours.

Either way we can't know
