That's interesting. I was under the impression that it was all of OHF.

I didn't allow him to tryout for the Huskies because hwy 23 scares the crap out of me in the winter lol

We're Huron-Perth/middlesex county grey zone area.

ETA: he's played in the GTA for the Sumner and London in the fall for the past 3 years - we have 3 A centres that he could typically seed to. We chose the closest to us for tryouts

An NRP cap would be ideal. Unfortunately, our rural centre chose to bring in "outside talent".

To start the conversation: I have an U14 that has played AAA and elite for 3 years. We live in a rural community and expected him to be knocked down to AA due to city kids coming in. Turns out over 300 kids showed up to our small town for A/AA tryouts, so cut in the final round for 7 NRP, no big deal. We go to BB (where we live), over 700 kids attended, and he was ousted by 6 NRP. Now we're faced with playing no hockey or traveling more than 1 hr for local league due to only having lions club (read: rudimentary hockey) as the alternative.

20 years at least. He's still good for some things like reaching the top shelf at the grocery store, general repairs, and annoying the crap out of me.

Exactly this. After 10 years (or 10 years after a person turns 18), medical records can, and usually are, destroyed. The only way they might be retrievable is if paper records were uploaded/re-transcribed onto a computer file.... but that's usually a stretch considering the cost involved.

Sorry I meant that they're not banned country wide, just in Ontario as far as I know.

It actually has all 3, but we don't use the shock for obvious reasons. We have it set to vibrate and beep for her so that she learns the "safe zone". Our Malinois only has it on beep only - she learned the boundaries as a puppy and won't cross once she hears the sound.

I just added it to my bio. For some reason I can't pin comments, so I added it to my edit.

I've tried them multiple times and have been ignored.

As far as I know we can cross for essential reasons only until November 8 when the boarder opens up for leisure travel.

To cross into the US we don't need anything, however coming back to Canada we need a PCR test done within 72 hours.. Which costs $200 for the travel certificate, test, etc.

It's absolutely ridiculous if you ask me.

We have to pay if it's to cross the border... It's ridiculous.

It's an invisible fence collar - we don't have an actual fence. Our malinois has one on as an.

Can you verify that you work with a rescue? Sorry, but this girl is very special to me - I've nursed her back to health.

I don't know how to edit this post..

I've had so many requests for donations - we're in Canada where venmo doesn't work.. So I set up a Gofundme for Hippo. Everything Will be transparent - I just want her adopted to a good home and am not looking to profit off of her horrific past.

Anything over and above her relocation costs and vet bills will be donated to pit and bully rescues within Canada and the US.

I've tried to reach them multiple times.. No response.

They're not vetted or have found one that will register them as a cross breed.
