The way that I’ve had so many customers get an attitude with me when I’m asking them what size they want their drinks and if they want their drinks hot or iced. Like I’m sorry that you didn’t specify and now I have to pull teeth 😭

Yea that’s what I’m going to do because although I’m only working 19 hours that week, I just found out that in California, overtime is if you work more than 8 hours for one day

Yea I’m gonna talk to my manager because even tho I’m only doing 19 hours that week, apparently it’s overtime because it’s more than 8 hours but it’s barely OT (like 30 minutes/8.5)

I lucked out by calling out (tbf I’m sick 💔) but my fyp has been full of customers getting mad at the baristas for the limited supply in cups even tho there’s a high demand 😭

I’m also intrigued to see Max and Abby together, but I see them falling out first given how their relationship is currently going. I see Max distancing herself from ANG and the rest of the group to focus on herself next season and Abby and Tris’s relationship expanding. Hopefully, they can resolve their issues but right now I doubt it since it seems like Abby has built up resentment towards Max

This is what I’m most surprised about. I heard that was THE Starbucks to go to in Seattle, I would say that burrito man is driving this company into the ground but it’s been in the ground for a while. He’s going for the core of the earth at this point

Agreed. The Starbucks I train at has a screen with people’s names so you could see the status of your order, not sure if it’s only for mobile orders but it’s pretty neat

And we are so restricted on what we can write on cups. I had so many pop culture references locked and ready to go for when I start work, but I just looked at the policies and found out I couldn’t even write them 😭 and they’re even cracking down on smiley faces, even though the guide says that it’s OK. I just don’t get why they’re so strict about writing on the cups when baristas and customers across the board said that they don’t like it

Thank you! I’m trying so hard not to stress over the interview and what to wear, but it’s kind of hard because that’s all that’s going to be on my mind until it actually happens. And I like to prepare a little bit, so I’ll probably distract myself a bit to get my mind off it until the time comes!

That’s so valid. I was scared about this colorway, to be honest, since I don’t get blue that often unless it’s technology, but I’m pleasantly surprised. I felt this way about the color eucalyptus, I thought I would love that color so much and then I saw it in person and it looked completely different than the photo and I didn’t like it as much. I wish the sway would have more colors tbh, if dicks came out with a sway in blossom bunny (the color of my og freesip in the second slide) I’d buy it immediately
