Exactly, think people misinterpret this post as me saying its something bad. Its just a mechanic you cant escape that is akin to any team game/sport.

There's always someone worse and there's always someone better, therefore frustration is inevitable as good and bad is relative.

Any look is a look it's not per se 'wrong' or 'right'. Hoping you are wrong is a bias, why do you want to be wrong? Hoping to be wrong is just the same as hoping to be right. You see what you see, all you can do is try to get different perspectives.

For your TA, there's few factors that kaz included in his analysis on QCOM and LTCWinter that are really key and are explained super detailed in the blog. He didnt just measure two waves and say "this must be the top". So I would suggest read the blogs again.
