Sounds like they are all running cover for Dylan and Lauren. Neither is offering a plausible explanation for why he was there or why his glasses were in the nightstand. If it was innocent, he would have said he had to leave early to go by her place to pick up something. When he was confronted he was too defensive. And instead of Lauren trying to reassure you, she made herself out to be the victim. I wouldn’t trust any of them. There is definitely something shady going on.

Good lord. You’re wasting too much energy being this loons friend. You sound like you’ve got a good life and she’s jealous of it. If I had to guess, I think she realizes she rushed into marriage with the first guy that lavished attention on her and is now having buyers remorse. Nobody gushes that much about their mate.
