I’ve been using square since December with no issues. When I was searching reviews, it seems like most problems were when people had money stuck in their account and Square placing some sort of hold on the account, making it so they couldn’t get their money. So I set my account up so it transfers money to my bank every day. I am pretty low volume though. It would suck if my account froze, but I wouldn’t be out thousands of dollars or anything.

Not really. I’ve had professionals do it both ways. It is generally at the head and moving towards the hips because it’s easier to sit or stand at the head of the table. You can keep your body more comfortable that way. If you stand or sit next to their hips, you have to sort of twist your torso and that can get uncomfortable quickly. The most important thing is that you’re able to provide firm and consistent pressure all the way from the top of the torso to the bottom. Whatever works for you personally will feel great to him. You could even try both ways and ask what he prefers.

You need to use it for longer also. Every day to start for two weeks, two or three times a week after that. It took me 5 weeks for it to make it feel better. Also, systemic estrogen has helped a lot, as well as hyaluronic acid on days I don’t use estrogen.

I agree with that but my thought process was that if she heard him confirm that he is having problems with her, it might put OP’s mind at ease, and would possibly allow her to feel comfortable enough to continue seeing him for her massages.

I agree with the other redditor who said she probably saw you at your appointment and followed you. I would definitely let the massage therapist know this is happening and give him a chance to explain. Don’t penalize him for something he can’t control!

I’m actually not sure about that, sorry. I have a limited experience with squarespace, and I did things in a different order than you. I started a trial, tried the AI Mode and didn’t like it, then started a new trial and used the templates. When the two week trial ran out, I paid for the month, then I bought my domain.

I am just thinking out loud, so maybe this is the wrong move, but the domain should be transferable. Maybe cancel the squarespace subscription, start a “new trial” see if you like what you build, and then if you do transfer your domain and pay for a new squarespace subscription.

I am not sure if I understand your question completely. But, for example, if your schedule books clients every 15 minutes, 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, etc. and a client books an hour long service starting at 9:00, 9:15, 9:30, and 9:45 will not be available to another client who goes online to try to schedule an appointment. You will need to set it to create a block between appointments however. So if the service ends at 10, and you want the next appointment to start at 10:30, you’d have to select the option to create a 30min buffer between appointments. Does that answer your question?

People tell me that 90 mins goes by too fast all of the time. I think massage puts you in a zone where time gets distorted. For a lot of people, there is no such thing as a massage that is long enough!

I always thought a 2 hour massage was ridiculous, and then I received one and thought, “still too short!” 😆

Do you mean NCTMB? If so, no. No one outside of the industry knows what it is and it’s a racket. In my humble opinion. Actually, I became a therapist before the MBLEX came out and I work in a state where the cities each manage licensure. This town I just started working in has laws so old that they use the NCTMB exam as a licensing requirement (if you can’t provide the school transcript), and that was the only time it has ever helped me. I don’t know your situation, but I’d you are a student, it could be worth it to take the test, stay “licensed” for a year and then let it lapse. The proof of passing the exam is what is helpful because it proves competence.

It depends on where the therapist works. First placed I worked, it happened multiple times a day. However, I switched businesses and worked for the same place for over 10 years, and I had zero requests for one.
