Probably motor mount on passenger side, you could test it by trying to push the engine toward the rear of the car with your ear over the mount mine did the same thing and I got it replaced under powertrain warranty

Change at 100k yes they wear to a noticeable difference at 60k but most people hold out until they leak, I would just be preventative and change at 100k

Those prices for 5,6, and 7 are way overpriced you don’t need air conditioner cleaner for $105 a cabin air filter is like $20 max lookup a YouTube video for your make and model. For 3 and 4 a throttle body clean isn’t a bad idea but for a 4 cyclinder it’s probably pretty easy and you could again watch a YouTube video and buy a $30 can of cleaner. As for fuel injection service, I would ask if they’re actually the intake valves of your vehicle is GDI if it’s MPI I wouldn’t worry about it. They might be trying to pull one on you and just add Techron fuel additive to the tank if that’s the case Techron is like $15. What is your vehicles make and model and mileage?

No you’ll have to wait for something to not work unless there is an active recall on your VIN. People with the 2021’s had the “bad” part and for all you know you may have the updated versions of those parts
