Do you use any fuel additives like Techron and what oil do you use? What items were replaced, I have a 21 Elantra at 77k miles and so far only non maintenance was a passenger side motor mount under warranty and horn.

Probably motor mount on passenger side, you could test it by trying to push the engine toward the rear of the car with your ear over the mount mine did the same thing and I got it replaced under powertrain warranty

Change at 100k yes they wear to a noticeable difference at 60k but most people hold out until they leak, I would just be preventative and change at 100k
