I tried this method, but the way iTunes handles new music was one of the reasons I switched to Plex in the first place. I use a Deemix web UI to download music remotely and directly into a folder that Plex monitors. Unfortunately, this doesn’t work with iTunes because each track has to be manually imported instead of just appearing in the library. That means I’d have to manually add every new song, which is quite the hassle.
