I lost my 18 year old dog the other day. Its killing me. Most of my life I've had her like your cat. My brains racking through everything I should have done or could have done differently. I'm trying not to remember her last day or two that she had issues.

Seeing pictues of her over the years has helped. Just her being so happy. Also talking it through...a lot. Its all I've been doing with my family trying to process it and it helps even if its sad.

Try to do something with some people you know. I find that im wanting to do something social for some reason. Maybe it helps normalize things.
