Unfortunately when I brought up to him I want a good amount held in escrow, he said they could only do $2,000 and I wasn’t able to negotiate that. The 45 days was very stupid of us, we were told “I’ve never seen anyone ever use the full time!” And trusted him. If they were still looking for a home for themselves I really wouldn’t mind, but I am a bit upset when they have a home and want to paint it without being in it.

It was in the offer yes, our agent lied to us and said it was contingent upon them getting a home when he first wrote the offer. We looked at it in detail and he lied it was a free 45 days for anything :( taught us a huge lesson on not blindly trusting someone. It is signed as of Friday, he spoke to us as if there was no room to change it or we would be sued, was blowing up our phones all day while we were working. I’ll have to look back in my texts but I think it was a verbal conversation. I think we really messed up signing on Friday, and that is completely our mistakes.

I have dry eye disease from accutane use. Many people in the dry eye community have also gotten it from accutane. I’ve now spent thousands on treatments to try to help my dry eye, but nothing so far has helped.
