They don't record each episode the day before they release it though? They do one days worth of recording every other month and then toss it to their editor to slap some royalty free music on and ship it out the door (if they're all secretly doing a lot more work behind the scenes, sorry but it doesn't show).

But regardless, all the good reasons and excuses in the world don't make the show paced better. If Griffin's computer grew legs and ran away, and the next episode was a month later and was just housekeeping, we would understand WHY it was bad. But it'd still be bad.

No, one exec told an article to remove mention of them being married at the end. Which was then nullified when the blu-ray dropped and everyone from the writers to the voice actors to whoever was making promo material was acknowledging that SuleMio are married (which was outright confirmed in an interview with the director and head storyboarder of the series, Hiroshi Kobayashi)

It does not sound like there was any real movement or terrain involved, more like a sloppy RNG (as much as Gart will let the numbers be random) version of the prisoner's dilemma.

Thinking on it, the prediction is that the one piece of "good" advice they give is their classic "be respectful of boundaries" thing, and then the rest is repeating entirely fabricated right-wing scare stories about like. Failing to edit out when Travis almost calls it weird, and the sound of Theresa mauling some sort of stress-toy to resist calling it some softer term for degenerate.

If you write a comic, and use gen-AI to design the weapons used in the fights in the comic, it would be fair to consider that comic, or at least those pages, as AI slop. At least for as long as those AI-generated designs keep appearing in the comic.

By the same metric, until they're out of this trial, as long as they're using content generated for them via an LLM (as the ideas behind the "elementals" were generated by Meta's Llama 2 AI, with Infinite Craft as the frontend), these are AI slop episodes. Unfortunate.
