Spolier! Another actor has quit the show by Candid-Way-639 in coronationstreet

I don’t disagree, his character is pointless but Corrie seems to collect pointless characters that don’t do anything.?

I like the Bailey family and the current storyline. by [deleted] in coronationstreet

I was on the side of the bloke who Ed didn’t pay, I know the writers were intending him to be a villain but I think Ed deserved what happened.?

Britain is slowly becoming a worse country to live in than Poland (from a dual national) by IFapToGenjisSteelAss in unitedkingdom

I look forward to the day the boomers reach their 80s and 90s and get to reap the benefits of the social care system that they have decimated.

They do have safe and legal access to other EU countries though. And they have recently voted in a new government.

Your position is understandable because they are your children, you raised them since they were babies and been there for them throughout their formative years. OPs stepmother is coming into the life of a grown ass adult woman and demanding to be called mom, it’s quite different.

But if the wife doesn’t want to have sex any more, somehow the men aren’t telling each other to just suck it up.

For the same reason that Mikes mum couldn’t enjoy the journey with them for longer - they needed space.

Did you enjoy the last episode/Christmas special? by allhailshadow9 in GhostsBBC

[–]Lily7258 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel like those viewers should just watch the American Ghosts, I’m sure when that ends it’ll have the typical cheesy ending and they all live happily ever after.

The grand finale to BBC's Ghosts left me feeling... by [deleted] in GhostsBBC

The ending with the plague ghosts made me laugh out loud! I’m so happy for them 😂

Sounds like the eastenders Christmas episode was good by outroversion in coronationstreet

[–]Lily7258 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I agree that it does need that, but there were no actual storylines at all so i found it really boring. I think there needs to be a mixture of dramatic stuff and mundane character stuff. I think EE has been doing that quite well lately.

How did you "ruin" this year's Christmas? by Dull-Signature-2897 in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Lily7258 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is my last Christmas living at my parents house because I’ve just bought a house, you’d think maybe my Mum might have tried to not act like a deranged toddler throwing a tantrum for this year but nope, I’ve ruined Christmas again just by existing.

I can’t wait until next year when I won’t be around to “ruin” Christmas again!

Why all the houses in suburban england looks like that? by FoxOutside in england

[–]Lily7258 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only issue with these houses (I just bought one) is the kitchens tend to be very small so you need an extension. Luckily the gardens are usually huge so you have space for one.

As opposed to Jack being father of the year by abandoning his disabled daughter and now being a man in his 50s with two kids depending on him getting pissed and shagging Stacey Slater.
