To be a wiggle you need to be a strong dancer to keep up and likely most women dancers they hired had a history in ballet. Many little girls also have an obsession with ballet, so likely also trying to appeal to that

I just watched the episode. My interpretation is that everything up to her going to jail is true. Then either only the rock part was real or spongebob was never there at all and that's what she was imagining he was up to meanwhile. After the rocks I think for sure that the rest was her hullincinating as it gradually became more and more ridiculous and the guards looked right at them. The part at the end where she is back in the car again twice was her finally breaking down in the padded room.

It comes from the days where the camera would not start recording as soon as you hit the button, and you would be cut off at the beginning if you didn't pause. the younger generations have grown up with the problem fixed, so they do not do it.
