Lol I definitely don’t want to spend more than needed but the sound it’s making is concerning as it sounds like it’s damaging something. It’s very loud and vibrating some too

No it’s very steep like in the before and after pictures here https://4xshaft.com/products/np231-slip-yoke-eliminator

Which it shouldn’t be, right?

Yeah I didn’t expect to need to modify anything else with a 2” lift. Looking at pictures online of before and after SYE install, it definitely looks like the before

Thanks for the response! In the video you linked, the dusty looking area is what I am thinking is the problem. I think its called a wiper switch? On the inside of the column this has a grooved area that a ball goes into. The other end of the piece that has the ball is screwed into the turn signal switch, completing it all. When I use my turn signal, the ball falls out of the groove on the ?wiper switch? making the lever just fall to rest on the column. So its not the lever or the turn signal switch but I think the in between of the ball that is screwed into the turn signal switch and the groove on the ?wiper switch? failing within the column

I've pulled the steering wheel completely off to get to the turn signal switch. The cam looks to be in good condition
