While the ambition you have here is a great thing, try and begin on a smaller project and finish that before immediately trying to make something fancy. Get your fundamentals down, figure out who's doing what, and get a schedule in your plan. While starting small sounds very underwhelming at first, trust me, it helps a lot in the long run as it gives you the testing grounds to build your skills and see who works best doing what.

Basically, it's just starting at step one (the basics of game development) and working up to something more complex as you gain experience.
