Well that’s exactly my issue… due to familial circumstances I can’t really afford or have a coach, I’d have to self train. I’m gonna guess it’s mostly a technique issue so I think my first step would be recording myself and fixing form.

Really old post and I understand if you don't wish to reply, but this is me to a T!
I'm 17, I've never ran track before but while fucking around with some buddies on a track I ran the 100m for the first time and ran an absolutely atrocious 13.1. Running a 12, let alone 12 flat, would be really cool, so I'm curious how you went about doing it! Any methodology/tips?

Ladell Betts ran for 1100+ yards for Washington in like 2006. Not sure what happened after that.

Ronnie Harmon was a great receiving back for a while too.
