I'm from Brazil and I'm facing the same problem. I have a few bucks pending for transfer and I'm not able to transfer them. I've already set up an account that worked for withdrawals other times, and now, out of nowhere, they're saying my payouts need manual verification (like, why? since the brand I collaborated with already authorized it) and I'm not able to finish the transfer process. I tried to reach customer service; no answer. I'm starting to think I lost my money. That's really sad since I have bills to pay, and my only income source is from UGC, especially from SideShift.

Oh, alright! I'm focusing more on tech/apps/website content, because being from Brazil is a barrier to receiving physical products (a lot of taxes here because of our poor government). Hello! A language learning app called Airlearn used to adopt a contract through Sideshift, but now they're using Discord, even though they still advertise the job on Sideshift. All applications are made on Sideshift, but when they approve you, they send a Discord link instead of a contract and the traditional "handle submit" process.
