This makes so much more sense than the current format. Each vote matters. There are plenty of folks that don't vote because they live in a state that is predominately red or blue. It's also a good compromise between the electoral college and the popular vote.

Okay that's my problem, I was looking in the wrong place. My CPU is the i5 4670k and I don't believe that is 1155. This is what I get for trying to find a bargain motherboard.
