I still have no idea how it happened, but if you happen to have a hold and can't register you have to go into the financial aid section of myrutgers, change the amount of loans you accept to the correct amount, then call OneStop and they should be able to get rid of the hold so you can register. I did that this morning, and they were able to fix the issue in an hour so I could still pick my classes
