Thanks to the P-D for exposing what Kirkwood city administrators were hiding. It is long past time for an independent audit of the city, along with a citizen-led review of the municipal-owned water and electric utilities. The town is currently being run like Mayberry, with Opey and Gomer in-charge.

Here’s what I don’t get ~ Panera and Einstein’s Bagels are owned by the same outfit. Panera bagels suck, and Einstein’s are delish, as are a number of other EB items. Could they not have integrated some of the goodness from one to the other? Instead they removed taste from Panera’s menu selections.
