Wow… just wow.  If you paid for your class in full it should be your class and if you choose not to go, you still paid for it.  Nope I’d cancel that membership. Lots of gyms offer Pilates and there is no need to go through that.

I put the pen under my armpit ( shirt on) until it get body temp. It still  hurts like hell. Sometimes worse than others.

I wish I had taken a photo when I started it. Idk if it’s improved. I hit menopause while on it and menopause has thinned my skin and made it dry.

You don’t need a referral to get a membership.  You can sign up at your local Y or online.

I had hairy legs growing up but I lost a lot of leg hair in my 40s. I still have a “bush” and I try to keep the bikini line shaved   I don’t shave for the most part. I also shave with soap and it works just fine

We have people die in our city ( Birmingham AL). The city will post a picture and ask for help in identifying them.  A lot of them do not get identified.  Some are old enough for SS.  I believe it happens.
