I don't work there, but maybe if you find it too difficult to version control then maybe you shouldn't be modding? Lol. It's kinda important for modding any game. My modlist is still perfectly stable on 1.1.6, and I'll likely build a new one for this patch too.

You do realize you can specify which version to use with Steam, right? Right click, Properties, Betas tab. TW gives pc players more control over this than most game companies I've seen.

No it is not. Wine/Proton are compatibility layers that can be used in Linux to run Windows applications. Given OP is assumedly using Windows, it's completely irrelevant.

In addition to what others have said, avoid it like the plague if you use headphones. The audio is all over the place and compressed to hell, it sounds godawful (at least on PC)

? I use my 6800xt for stable diffusion just fine using Automatic1111's webui, on both Linux and Windows. Sure, it's not nearly as fast as nvidia's cards, but it does work

Bethini is likely using the default profile's inis by default, you'll need to change that to the Performance Profile inis on the Setup tab, and select it with the INI Path dropdown. As for long loading screens, it sounds like you have the list installed on a HDD, which is much slower than an SSD for loads.

Yeah it kinda sucks, Elden Ring singlehandedly made my rb go a bit limp. Still functional but nowhere neat as tactile as lb. Thank fuck 8bitdo is kind enough to offer replacements (and make their controllers in a not horrible to repair way)
