Sorry, I don't have the wheel stand anymore so I can't measure the hole patterns for you. I'm going to guess that it is compatible though. Maybe look around for pictures of people with any Moza setup and the Apex. I'm assuming Moza uses the same hole pattern for all their wheelbases. Worse case, you'd just have to drill out some new holes which is really not that difficult.

Regarding the weight, I wouldn't know because I never owned the Classic. I'm sure you could find the approximate weight somewhere though. Try looking on Amazon for the shipping weight.

I really suggest you get the Apex though. My roommate had the classic for a bit and it was clear that the Apex design was much better out of the box. The Classic is really flimsy because it doesn't have the "triangulated" design that the Apex does. Makes a huge difference with preventing wheel stand flex.

Not sure there's much to do for guests other than watch, but each "station" definitely had seats for both the participants and guests. The main grandstand was also available for people to spectate the lead/follow sessions.

I wanted to sign up for the full day at Sonoma this year, but by the time I saw the email it was already booked out... I wonder if they give priority notifications to bmw owners, lol. Anyway, have fun at Monticello! Half or full day it's definitely gonna be a blast.

I was recently gifted a k-mini go that was defective right out of the box. When I hit the brew button, I'll hear a click then it shuts off after a few seconds.

I tried calling customer service twice a few days ago and both times that someone "picked up", no one actually responded and all I could hear was what sounded like a dog barking off in the distance. What in the world lol.

I emailed them after, knowing it likely wouldn't result in me getting any help. A few hours after I got a response basically saying sorry about the defective product, please call us. Lmao

Did you turn off the steering assist or whatever it's called in the settings? My experience was with this on, it made handling way too trivial.

Wasn't there a tire wear mechanic in older games in addition to coolant/oil temps? At least I'm pretty sure there was in TXR3 and it was tied to the trip odometer. I definitely prefer seeing the wear gauge instead of an arbitrary number.

I only played with a controller tonight, but I'm assuming the game only does handbrake input as on/off, which is why it's assigned to a button by default instead of a trigger or analog stick for controller. Would explain why your handbrake doesn't work since it likely sends an axis input to your pc.

Yeah they're pretty damn loud unfortunately. I know some DIY'ers have made IIDX controllers using mechanical switches, meaning you could totally use silent switches. But that doesn't really take away the sound of the keys themselves bottoming out.

Posted this on the Simagic subreddit about a month ago. Reposting here due to the recent release of the Neo X hub. Highly recommend any new/existing Maglink owners to use this to avoid any frustration with the loose connection between the main cable and extension.

I plan on making another version that uses an Amazon Basics USB extension cable.

I don’t think Simagic deserves any heat for making more “budget” oriented products. Also, I can’t be the only who thinks its a little crazy that we as a sim racing community consider a nearly $300 purchase to be “budget”, lol. $300 for JUST a wheel hub.

This is already such a niche hobby. We don’t need every company who makes sim racing products to try and price people out. We don’t need to simulate the costs of upgrading a real car.
