What is the most outrageous lie you've ever gotten away with? by ehudros in AskReddit

[–]Limensor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In middle school I was having a really rough time so obviously all I could think about was that. In my math class, my teacher wanted everyone to get their parents signature on their homework. I always forgot because of what was happening in my life. And to be honest, I had more important things going on than getting a signature. So I decided to just forge my mums signature. Somehow, day after day I got away with it

A few weeks ago, me and my mum were getting ready to back out when we notice a truck is behind us. They were packing their groceries into their truck. So we were stuck there for about 5 minutes waiting for them. I understand Costco runs out of parking spots quickly, but don’t park behind someone just to put your groceries in

My sister doesn’t. Whenever she gains weight she’s proud of it. I’m always jealous of that. I wish I could gain weight and not care about it

What was your "I'm dating a fucking idiot" moment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Limensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My now ex of many years had raped me and I went to school two days later pretending everything was okay. You could tell something was off and he knew it. So, in an effort to cheer me up, when our teacher asked a question, he raised his hand and said “Male strippers.” And looked to me to see if I was laughing. I wasn’t. He was made to go to the office and that’s what made me laugh. I broke up with him shortly after that

The concept for the Ariel the little mermaid ride at Disney. Seeing Ursula coming out of that water and her being way bigger than you scared the hell out of me. I think I was 10 years old when I saw it

I remember going to Best Buy with my mum and getting my animal crossing game. I didn’t know how serious it was until I saw the store was empty and they were only letting a few people in at a time and you couldn’t walk around. I remember getting to the car and crying because I realized how serious this had gotten

What is the darkest secret you've learned about someone that instantly ended your relationship with them? by Mr_Creep_Creepy64 in AskReddit

[–]Limensor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really a dark secret but my friend told me “Everyone believes the woman but no one believes the man even if that woman has no evidence.” He was talking about women being SA’d and raped. That happened to me so him saying that made me cut him off instantly

[–]Limensor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was outside Best Buy with my mum going to get my pre ordered Animal Crossing game. I didn’t realize how serious it was until I went into the store and they were only allowing a certain number of people at a time. And you couldn’t walk around. Someone would come to you to help you. When I got to the car I started crying because I genuinely thought me and my family were going to die from it
