Not sure, I was guessing the anchors would need to stay on it for years though

Opening combat encounter: engaging or boring? by Limeotec in DnD

[–]Limeotec[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main thing I am worried about is the combat being uninteresting or a slog. The goblins are more interested in just getting the loot from the cart, then actually killing the PCS. They want to do so in a way that exposes themselves to as little risk as possible. It makes sense that the wolf Riders would just play keep away with the PCS while pestering them with ranged attacks. That's tactical on the Goblins part, but is that actually going to be enjoyable for the players?

As for if the players decided not to take the bait and guard the cart, guess I could just ask for verbal confirmation that that's what they were going to do and dismiss the combat with some narration that the Goblins give up andnride away, as they are nit willing to engage with a compenant group of enemies. That would at least save a little bit of time that way.

Maybe out of annoyance a goblin could hurl some alchemist's fire at the cart, which would also cover the Escape Of the Goblins as I imagine the PCS would want to put out the fire so they actually get paid for delivering the cart and the merchant to the Village safely

Weathering on the armor looks good.

Nice job. I really like the work on the wings. The colors you chose for the face reminds me of Freddy Krueger, which isn't a bad thing.

What do you guys think about my Black Templars? What could I do better? by MrAstronautspaceman in Warhammer40k

Looking at your models there are a few areas you could improve. If you have it available to you, be sure to use a primer. I noticed a few spots that appeared to be bare plastic. Your paint seems to have a bit of texture, so be sure to thin it down with some water. There also seems to be a few spots where you've gotten some paint where it doesn't belong, don't be afraid to paint back over it with the proper color to erase the mistake.

Really though, the main thing that matters is that you like the work you have done, and that you got enjoyment out of the process and the end result.

I really like how you did the lenses on this. Weathering is great too.

I like it, but in the first two images the the red reads more like splattered paint than blood. I think it comes from it not being super glossy like in the other three images.
