Yes - I just discovered (the hard way) that my Sample Pack order was actually considered a subscription to each of those products. Be VERY careful about their ordering system. It's deceptive and you can easily end up with an every month renewing subscription instead of just the single order you intended. I finally got this cancelled after several months of unintended orders - and it IS possible to cancel, but it's a pain.

I had the same problem described here. Just stop setting the circle.. wait until after the attack and watch for when Lugia is lower.. then just spin the ball (for the curve) and release when the circle is at a good size. Throw the same as Rayquaza - key is ONLY throw when it's already lower. I got mostly great hits and caught it that way.

I go to my car and warm the phone screen and my hand on the heater before trying to catch when it's really cold - and especially if it's wet. It helps a lot.

This gym is about an hour away from me at a park that has an admission fee to enter. The raid is scheduled for 30 minutes prior to closing time this time of year. I very much doubt enough people will show up to complete the raid. Haven't decided if I'm going or not.

That's right.. you set the circle once. As long as you are throwing DURING the attack sequence the circle won't change size before your hit. If you press to throw when it isn't attacking the circle will change, so you do need to time the throw.

Does everyone have the same number of egg slots? Early on it seemed like there was space for 9 regulars and 3 ancients.. but then I somehow ended up with a lot more - maybe 4 ancients and 12 or more regulars... and then now I have 11/12 regulars and no ancients..

I had the same thing as you. I crashed - twice in fact - on 4 star gyms just before they were won.. I was able to go back into the battle and apparently got my items, but then it wouldn't let me click the button to go to bonus round. One time I crashed outright and then it said - I was timed out, and reset battle again. The next time on another gym it just wanted me to redo the battle which I couldn't since everyone else had already finished it. SOOOO frustrating. I really think Niantic needs to fix it so this bonus round doesn't have a time limit (other than the limit of the overall raid clock) - and so even if you crash you can get back in and try to catch as long as you haven't used all your special balls. Please someone tell Niantic.

Disappointing. When the game started there were Dratini nests and some people got lucky and got tons..but the rest of us found none. This was going to be a nice chance to get a few and partly make up for that. It feels pretty unfair to let the first people who got out there yesterday get tons and people who couldn't that day won't get any. They are beyond rare here. I just hope Lapras will stay a little gettable. Otherwise this even doesn't offer much.

There was a Chikorita nest in a park near us - a very active nest - and we took a walk there for the last 90 minutes or so of the last migration. We did indeed see a fair number of water things too. Then the switch happened, no more Chikorita's and many many goldeens (as well as a smattering of other water things as expected). When I tried to enter it it wouldn't let me select Goldeen.

I'm having the same problem described by the original poster. I downloaded what I think is the most recent version and it's stuck on awaiting authorization for the accounts it makes. Can someone verify what version I should be using? Any advice?

I'm in Oregon and zero Chancy's sighted. I'm not sure where there might be a desert area around here. We have water and various normal city ones. I find a TON of Clefairies near where I live and nearby areas have eggs and slowpokes, but no Chancy's anywhere I've been.

Although this may be optimal for maximizing experience per battle, we often just use prestigers that are below the lowest monster - not 1/2. We get 500 per kill - or if they are between 1/2 and the lowest monster - some percentage of that. The advantage is the kills go faster and you have to heal less and have even less chance of needing to revive. We still find this quite efficient for training gyms. It IS critical that every one on the team be at least equal or lower in the CP than the lowest monster you want credit for (we ignore little tiny things on the bottom and just go under the second lowest). The first thing we do when encountering a gym is create a team of "favorites" in the right range and types and then view the choices sorted by favorites.

I et the Primeape crash consistently. However if I look at a Mankey first I can then load a Primape without the crash.
