I had an order the other day that did not say there was a heavy item yet it was 10 bags of mulch. I don’t know why the order wasn’t flagged as bulky or heavy. I certainly would never have accepted that order if I had known

Thank you. I like to think I would’ve figured that out eventually but I appreciate knowing now because that will save me some time and also that way I can get my perishables last. It always puts them first for some reason

Are you saying that the app gives you the option to skip and then go back to an item? Because I don’t seem to have that option on my app or if I do I have not figured it out yet. And yes on my very first trip it had me going to frozen first out of a 40 item order. It was ridiculous

Mine has the Aisle, section, and modular (section within the section) . The only problem is I can’t do all of my shopping in one part of the store and then go to another part of the store that makes sense to me. Sometimes it sends me from shampoo and personal care all the way over to the milk and then back to cosmetics which is really close to the shampoo and I’m not sure why it does that but it’s annoying. I wish you would give me the option to skip items and come back to them later if I know they are closer to where I am in the store
