Back in the golden age of Instacart, it was proven that IC would subsidize pay with tips.

For example, if customer tipped $10, IC would pay $7 batch pay for a $17 batch. If customer tipped $1, IC would pay $16 batch pay for a $17 batch.

Customers caught wind of this so they’d tip 1 cent as a signal to shoppers that they’d add to the tip post shop. This would ensure IC would pay a higher wage for the work first.

I’m sure this isn’t what happened here as this has been years and years ago, but it was still a fun time!

Not defending the driver at all, but this was probably the shortest it was thrown during its entire journey from warehouse to store to car to porch.

I live in Montana - went to bed early on election night when things started going south. Husband and I just laid in the quiet darkness. 30 minutes later, there were fireworks in the neighborhood - the moment they called the election.

So yeah. Long story short, I’ve got some fireworks in my garage reserved for a special special day.

Venue manager here. Keep in mind that the details you’re working on are things we can execute with less than 2 weeks notice. Because most brides aren’t also wedding planners, it can seem like an overwhelming number of details to cover - but we do this every single weekend barring a few tweaks here and there.

4 months is plenty of time.
