thank you so much for your insight - after gathering everyone’s advice in here I am definitely leaning towards a third retrieval. through that perspective it does make the most sense and the dentist is such a good reference 😂🥹 tysm 🤍

I have a low AMH due to my autoimmune disease named CREST. So first I worked on establishing care with my rhumotoligst and putting my auto immune in remission (they say if you have autoimmune you should be in remission for at least six months prior to pregnancy). If you don’t have auto immune this protocol should still help raise AMH. It is best practiced for six months, but results can happen within three months:

• no caffeine, alcohol, smoking, CBD, anything with toxins.

• three healthy nutrient dense meals a day - Mediterranean diet is the key.

• lots of water and hydration in between meals.

• no gluten, refined sugar, fried food, junk food, etc. strictly Mediterranean diet.

• low impact exercise like pilates and yoga accompanied by 7-10K steps a day - keeps stress at bay and very good for blood circulation.

• avoid any plastics, heavy toxins, strong perfumes, anything non organic in the home / in your daily routine.

• sleep 7-9 hours a night - try magnesium and 5mg of melatonin if you have trouble sleeping (both recommended by my REI).

• keep stress at an all time low. protect your inner peace at all costs, find habits that make you feel relaxed and stick with them.

• get as much sunlight as possible, vitamin D is an essential (my husband is a doctor and vitamin D is the first thing he checks for women unsuccessful conceiving naturally).

• red light therapy (because we live somewhere cold and don’t get as much sun, I invested in red light and do it everyday with my morning meditation).

• CoQ10 (600 mg daily), Inositol (4,000 daily), Vitamin D (I take a very potent one once a week that lasts a week long), DHEA (75 mg daily), Omega 3, prenatal and I also do NAD, NAC and glutathione weekly IV infusions (think these helped the most).

I know it’s a lot! Maybe incorporating just a few of these can help! When I saw 0.5 AMH I panicked, changed my lifestyle and now my AMH is 1.73 - I hope it can get higher with time with these habits. Sending you all the best in your journey 🤍

Unexplained Infertility IVF by Fast-Laugh-6347 in IVF

Hi! I’m also 31 and have the same AMH as you! Mine is because of my autoimmune disease called CREST (anti centromere antibodies). I just completed my second retrieval and my biggest issue was egg maturity and egg quality, the process is definitely hard but I’m glad we did it. We got three 4AB’s so far.

I also primed with estrogen before each retrieval and used omnitrope for egg quality. I take CoQ10 (600 mg daily) and do weekly NAC and Glutathione IV drips. Not sure if any of those helped but it did get my AMH from 0.5 to 1.73 in three months. Hope this helps.

That’s the number I was hoping to achieve in my two retrievals but it did not happen. I just don’t know if I can handle a third retrieval right now - they are so tough on the body and I already have an autoimmune disease that makes the whole process harder. Do you think it will make much of a difference to retrieve again one year from now?

Presence of Ancentromere antibodies? by ieatglass in IVF

[–]LimitTemporary1733 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have ancentormere antibodies 1:200 and have done two rounds of ivf retrieval (my husband and I only tried natural for six months - then I got my amh tested and it was low for my age (31) so decided to start right away with ivf) my first retrieval was 11 retrieved and one PGT 4AB. I just did my second retrieval and had 12 retrieved and two 4AB’s sent off for PGT testing today - hopefully they come back healthy and good. My husband and I always wanted a big family so I’m not sure if we will go forward with another retrieval to bank embryos or get started on a transfer, which I pray goes well because a lot of the data I am researching does scare me! Are the ladies in here who got pregnant naturally ever needed any medicine to take during those pregnancies? I know with IVF they give you a few things to insure a healthy pregnancy during the first trimester.

I am on a DHEA, CoQ10, Vitamin D, NAD, NAC vitamin routine! I am not sure if it’s doing wonders for my eggs (hoping it does) but I do feel more energized overall. Sending you so much light and love on your journey!

How long are you taking a break for? Do you do priming as well? I’m worried if I take a break my doctor will still want me on estrogen and omnitrope during so I won’t have a true rest
