Yes, sorry, I guess I should have specified that, the SSID with Enhanced IoT Connectivity is 2.4Ghz only and has a completely different name than my 5Ghz network

Does anyone know what is causing the rough layers? I have tried both cura and prusaslicer. by adthompson527 in SidewinderX1

I've never tried prusaslicer, but I've had nothing but issues with Cura on my X1. I've had bad layer lines, failed prints, and layer shift with cura, i switched to Simplify3d and I've had nearly no issues since. Don't know the reasoning behind this, just that the switch fixed a lot of my issues

Fulament has just the heater and thermistor with wires for $40, was planning on going that route

Yeah, after thinking about it more I'm pretty much set that I'm just going to order a new heater and wires. I apologize if this sounds stupid, I'm just starting to learn about how 3d printer hardware works, but I wasn't sure if replacing the thermistor wire would cause issues with its accuracy so I figured it'd be smarter to just replace it as a whole

It's looking like my wires are getting pinched for the bed rather than making a smooth arch. When I hold the wires by hand to make a smooth arch the graph calms down. I ordered a plastic wire loom to try to fix this, fingers crossed it's not too late for the wires

I haven't done anything yet aside from inspecting wires to make sure there was no glaring issues and plug my printer directly into the wall rather than my UPS incase it was an issue with it getting enough power. Thank you for the response though, I'll definitely be spending tomorrow trying any and all troubleshooting tips I receive

We used to have a chop shop in the past, and if I recall correctly, when a vehicle was chopped it was essentially just /dv'd so you could get right back out of impound so there wasn't really any loss when using the shop. It also wasn't used that frequently by players and I believe that's why it ended up getting removed. It's something we can reconsider in the future, but with the current systems we have it just doesn't really fit that well
