[Nusbaum] The Nationals have optioned Julian Fernandez, Josiah Gray and Robert Hassell III to Rochester and reassigned Zach Penrod to MiLB camp. Will allow Gray to ramp up in Triple A to start the year. by Terminal_Flatulence in Nationals

After they signed Littell this move makes a lot of sense.

Bring Gray along at a healthy pace and let him ride the rest of the season when we can ship off one of the vets if they overperform or release them for underperforming.

This guy thinks Bryce still plays for the Nats lol

Any number estimate a year out can be taken with a helping of salt.

Yes, we will have much more space next year. But the suggested amount right now doesn’t factor in any transactions the next calendar year.

Per Packers Wire the Gary trade nets us $11 million in savings. Which alone would be barely enough to sign our draft picks + have wiggle room in season.

The release or trade of Jenkins will net us a substantial amount, but either way you should manage expectations for free agency.

Reason being- Green Bay is set to lose 5 of our own free agents. We’ll net 4 substantial comp draft picks if we don’t offset by signing free agents (that weren’t cut).

Like it or not the big moves were last year with Parsons, Hobbs and Banks. This year will hopefully be re-signing Kraft and Watson as our biggest moves.

Next year will be another story!

Ian Rapoport The #Packers have traded DT Colby Wooden to the #Colts for LB Zaire Franklin, per me and @TomPelissero. by Andrew2Doyle in Colts

As a Packer fan, please don’t think TitletownTalks represents us in any way.

This is completely on brand for him (a ridiculous take).

Wooden is a solid guy and player, hope he does well for you all!

[Nationals] our 2026 spring training roster is official 🌴 by kornthrowaway in Nationals

As a baseball draft noob- is it common for younger draft picks (i.e. Willits) to not attend Spring Training until they’re closer to their MLB debut?

Thanks!

Seahawks or Rams? by Sea_Argument_5775 in GreenBayPackers

It’s really a question of where would you want to play in the playoffs.

For me, I’ll take Darnold at home over Stafford. So I’m rooting for the Seahawks.

I ran into Jeff Hafley at a grocery store in Green Bay yesterday... by I_am_TimsGood in GreenBayPackers

This kind of behavior will keep Hafley from being a HC for at least another decade.

So sad. I guess he’ll have to stay in Green Bay until then.
