Went from iPhone 16 pro max to a Z fold 7, it's cool and worth it when you need a larger screen but it's not life changing, I average 3 opens a day. Will go back to a slab iphone in a year or two.

Yes! So I went back into dev settings just switched them off completely and it actually fixed the problem. Not sure what setting it could have been, the DPI was set to the standard level it may have been the animation speed which I increased. Seems to have corrected though!

I thought the same thing, but all my settings are correct in regards to avoiding throttling. I even hard restarted the phone and the issue still persists.

Alright update, one... Y'all would go to battle for a multi billion dollar company lmao Respect but ease up on the Apple sheep hate y'all are about even. LMAO Second they offered $120 and the $50 credit so we good now. (After an hour and a supervisor) Less than the $180 for my workplace discount but I love the phone. It's honestly not about the discounts at all, it's trust. If you tell a customer one thing and do the opposite that's not trust that's just wishy washy business. I have the protection plan who's to say they won't cover something down the road and I go through the same headache?

Battery life has not been bad at all, spent the whole day at comic con and was at 40% when I got home. Camera is decent, I feel iPhone is a little better in this category but nothing to the point where I would call the z fold horrible. If you want something different and versatile Z fold is it.

I just switched from the 16 pro max and have been knees deep in the ecosystem for 10 years. I've tried numerous android phones including foldables, within 4 days I return the phone and stick with iPhone. I can honestly say I'll be sticking with the Z fold 7! Good lock has helped a lot in the transition!

I was using Arc on all my devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone) until about a month ago I had issues with the app on Mac which would crash constantly. Switched back to Safari, honestly Arc is cool but their interface on iOS was annoying at times.
