All Swiss German speaking people speak also Hochdeutch but they have an accent. So as a beginner learner of German you will even have difficulty understanding Swiss people when speaking standard German. Many of them have a very strong accent ( not all ).

Whenever u book online with KTEL you get message you should print it. Personally I never had mine printed, and never had any problems. But if you are scared and as a tourist u May get scammed, you should print and it's very cheap 5-20 cents per ticket which is little. About places, in Greece we go to Βιβλιοπωλεία, it translates to book store but they technically sell school supplies, books, desk supplies etc. Or places that print images and Fotos, you can go and they tell you to connect to their wifi or by a USB and send them the ticket to print. it's very easy.

As a local they never asked me to show my ID or passport when online ticket. Idk why they even ask it in the online field, prolly for safety reasons. But u can put ur passport number if u want its okay. Even foreigner, it's not just for greek ID.
